Jacob Franco, MD, MS-ACI

Dr. Franco has served as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine since 2019 following completion of his Internal Medicine residency at Vanderbilt. He earned his MD from Stony Brook School of Medicine and subsequently completed a Master of Science in Applied Clinical Informatics (MSACI) at Vanderbilt, positioning him at the intersection of clinical medicine and informatics innovation.

He currently serves as Assistant Director of Informatics for the Section of Hospital Medicine, where he has developed a regionally relevant portfolio focused on leveraging clinical data to improve operational efficiency, patient care, and provider workflows.
